DAY 1 JOHANNESBURG TO GORONGOSA NATIONAL PARK
Fly from Johannesburg OR Tambo International Airport to Beira Airport with Air Mozambique (LAM). Guests are also able to fly into Beira with SA Airlink. Our team of expert consultants can advise you on the specific schedules of both airlines. On arrival in Beira, be met by a representative from Explore Gorongosa. Transfer by road from Beira into the Gorongosa National Park. This transfer will double up as a game drive, so get those binoculars ready!
DAY 2 – 5 GORONGOSA NATIONAL PARK
Spend time exploring this majestic park by walking safari. Explore Gorongosa provides guests with first-hand insights into the innovative restoration project underway within the Park. All guest activities are lead by highly experienced regional guides. Enjoy evenings around the camp fire telling stories of the day’s activities. Retreat to a camp which is ecologically designed and environmentally innovative. (B,L,D)
DAY 6 GORONGOSA NATIONAL PARK TO JOHANNESBURG
Bid farewell the amazing team of safari guides and head back to Beira by road. Fly from Beira Airport to Johannesburg OR Tambo International Airport.
