Ibo Island Lodge is located in the Quirimbas Archipelago in northern Mozambique. The interior of Ibo Island is a bushy, untamed habitat, which spills over onto sublime sugar beaches. Ibo is called one of the most atmospheric islands in the world.
Ibo Island Lodge offers many activities for guests to delve into. We suggest taking the “Ibo of old” experience walk where guides will tell you more about the mystical and intriguing history. Later you should also do the “Ibo of today” tour where you learn more about island living by walking through the villages located on Ibo. You might even be lucky enough to visit a local disco!
Ibo Island Lodge has daily boat transfers to the deserted sandbank beach, kayak safaris, dhow sunset cruises and picnics on castaway neighbouring islands.
