Fogo Island resort is the only accommodation on Ilha do Fogo (Island of
Fire). This island is one of the string of Primeira Archipelago islands.
The island is surrounded by coral reef and pearly white beach.
A-frame bungalows are furnished with comfy beds and double doors lead onto a balcony area with steps leading onto the beach. Most of the interior is made of hardwood and the unique thatched roofs ensure a constant breeze of cool air.
The island is surrounded by pristine coral reefs making it one of the best snorkelling areas in the world. There are only ten islands in the Primeira Archipelago and all of these islands are mostly untouched by civilisation. Fogo Island has a circumference of 3.5km and covers around 44 hectares.
