The restaurant is the old Port Captains residence which has been transformed into a superb a la carte restaurant with a deck stretching 80 metres into the lagoon. The restaurant seating 80 guests opens in October 2009.
The 25 bedroom hotel with conference space for up to 120 delegates opens in April 2010.
