Pomene Lodge situated around 170km south of Vilanculos and is the
perfect family- and fishing holiday destination. The lodge was built on
an isthmus between ocean and estuary, so it literally combines best of
both worlds!
Accommodation at the lodge consists of chalets, cabins, baraccas and a camp site. Chalets are fully kitted out for a self catering holiday and they each have cutlery, crockery, a cooker and freezer. Some of these accommodation options have separate toilets and showers and some make use of the communal ablution block and kitchen.
Water Chalets are a new addition to the lodge and these beautiful rooms are built on stilts in the water. They are very luxurious and romantic with private verandas overlooking the estuary

The restaurant serves lovely, well priced means. Breakfast is made to order, lunch can be chose from an a la carte menu and dinner is served on Saturday evenings and can be buffet-style or a braai (barbeque). resh fish and crab are menu favourites.
