- Visit "Mercado" (market) in Inhambane for fresh fruit, vegetables, and prawns daily. Sail across Inhambane Bay in a dhow to Maxixe and enjoy lunch in Maxixe before returning to Jangamo Resort.

- From turn-off on main road, follow signs and enjoy a leisurely drive of 22.6 kms on a sand road, for which a 4-wheel drive vehicle is preferable, through picturesque coconut and cashew nut plantations, until you arrive at the Resort.
