Niassa Mobiles (previously known as Moja Safari Wilderness) is a privately-managed concession situated in the
Niassa National Reserve. It offers travelers a chance to explore the
private concession which stretches along the magnificent Lugenda River. Niassa Mobiles offers mobile safaris in one of Africa's last remaining true wilderness areas. This is one of the first ecotourism operations in the reserve.
Niassa Mobiles accommodation consist of mobile tented camps and the team moves these tents as you venture further into the bush. Each dome-style tent has mosquito-netting windows and door inners and traditional canvas bucket-showers are provided daily.
Experienced safari guides lead you on your adventure and activities range between river-based safaris and daily walking expeditions. These trips create a responsible, real and personal experience. You have the chance to encounter wildebeest, elephant, waterbuck and all the big predators.
It is recommended that you stay for a minimum of a 3 nights, preferably a few more, to ensure a true and full.
Light, tasty meals with western and regional Mozambican influences are served daily.
Breakfasts consist out of a choice of hot meals or home-made smoothies, fresh fruit and yogurt.
Lunch is normally two courses such as burgers or sandwiches and includes a refreshing desert.
Dinner has three courses and normally consists out of starters (such as soup or antipasti), a main course (fish, pizza, steak etc) and an indulgent desert.
