Praia Do Ouro Sul is a holiday resort built almost on the border
between South Africa and Mozambique. It is located around 5 minutes'
drive from Ponta do Ouro. Fifteen luxury, semi-permanent, tents have been erected on the dunes and each tent is set far enough from other tents to ensure privacy.
You can choose between a single or double tent, superior tent and three family-style tents that share a kitchenette. Tents come standard with an open lounge, en-suite bathroom and an outside veranda area. These tents are all surrounded by lush tropical forests and this creates a bush holiday feel. These tents are perfect accommodation for those seeing to combine comfort and style in remote and natural surroundings.
Diving and fishing in this area is world renowned. If you don't spend time on outdoor activities you can cool off in the communal pool surrounded by sun loungers. There is an outside boma with a fully equipped kitchen and seating areas if you would like to prepare your dinner on a braai/barbeque. The area has many restaurants and bars if you wish to explore further away from the lodge.
