Charter flights:

Vilanculos has an international airport which offers daily flights to several regional destinations, including Johannesburg, Maputo, Swaziland, Durban and elsewhere.
Getting there by road
Unlike some other exclusive African destinations, Vilanculos is easily accessible by two-wheel-drive vehicles.
