Between activities, guests can relax beside the pool or on the lodge’s river-facing decks. Three nights normally provide up to six game drives, creating a meaningful safari experience without using too much of the seven-night holiday.

Travelling From Kruger to Massinga Beach

The preferred routing uses a scheduled regional flight from Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport to Vilanculos on operating days. Travellers are transferred from Lukimbi to the airport and met again after arriving in Mozambique. From Vilanculos, the road journey to Massinga normally takes approximately two and a half to three hours depending on weather and road conditions.

The direct Kruger–Vilanculos service does not operate every day, so this itinerary must be built around confirmed flight dates. When the direct sector is unavailable, an alternative connection through Johannesburg or an adjusted lodge sequence may be necessary. Mozambique Travel will confirm the complete travel flow before requesting a deposit, including the applicable airports, baggage allowances, transfer times and any necessary overnight connection.
