A Remote Arrival by 4×4 or Helicopter

Most guests fly into Vilanculos Airport and continue to Sussurro by private 4×4. The road journey generally takes between 90 minutes and two hours depending on tides, beach conditions and the selected route, and may include sections of beach driving as the journey moves into the more remote Nhamabue Peninsula.

A private helicopter transfer can be requested for a faster arrival, particularly after a long international journey or a tightly timed safari connection. Road and helicopter transfers are not included in the accommodation package and must be quoted separately, with final transfer times coordinated around the confirmed flights.
